How It Started: A Personal Wellness Journey
Chris and Rina didn’t begin this journey as business owners; they began as wellness seekers. Like many of our clients, they were looking for non-invasive solutions that worked. After personally experiencing the benefits of cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and BrainTap, they knew they had found something worth sharing.
That personal transformation became the foundation of Modern Cryo & Wellness. From their breakthroughs came a desire to empower others to feel the same strength, confidence, and clarity.
